u need to get to the gym. find time, im sure u can. and try to eat lots of protein. one gram of protein for every pound of lean muscle u have plus lifting should get u gaining weight. good weight too, being fatter shouldnt be the goal. btw how tall are u?

Ive tried everything but i cant seem to gain weight. I dont really have time to lift weights because i work like 45 hours a week. I eat like a fatass but mostly eat fast food. I live with my parents and my schedule is completely different than theirs so i am never home to eat dinner with them and when i get home from work there already asleep. So i cant cook anything.
