Be sure to cut back caffeine intake if you are a heavy coffee or energy drink drinker, that will take a normal metabolism and shoot it through the roof. liek someone said be sure to eat some heavy carbs, since that gets burned before anything else, then stack a shit load of calories on top of that. One way people do it is calorie counting, but basically the opposite way that most fat ass Americans think of calorie counting hehe.. Look at what you eat through the day and keep track of how many calories you consumed, then the next day beat that calorie count, I'm being very non technical about this lol. I am sure there is a write up somewhere on the internet if ya Google how to gain weight or something

ps not saying each day up your calorie count. If you up your calories you should start gaining weight, eventually the calories that you have been taking day after day won't keep on making you gain weight, then it is time to up it again. I am much to lazy to get this into shit, just saw it somewhere once lol
