the fan i have is too loud...wal mart doesnt have any computer fans. and nothin in the house has a lil fan in it, i checked everything. wtf

office depot has computer fans for 10 bucks then wire it to a phone charger

If you can get a ac to dc adapter that has different settings. The fans can run as little as 6volt and 12v would be norm. Anything between should work.
I just use the different volts on the adapter to control the amount of flow.

hmmm i see...well i need to do this quickly, i wrecked my car last week so im without a car for a little while....ill see if i can rig up a dimmer switch to it ro something so i can control the power flow....
