if you get the munchies like i do ALOT stay away from mcdonalds as i see mcdonalds after many weeks of munchies tends to get me fat... then i get into this running stage and loose a few pounds and then i stop running and go back to mcdonalds and dunkin donuts and repeat the whole phase over again lol. but if u get the muchies really bad which i guess can put on alot of weight... just eat alo of grapes and apples and salads... which are pretty good tasting sober and better high

My exercise plan so far is 45 minutes walking/jogging/running, then after my lungs get better and I get less fat, add sprinting up hills to that. Also, I'm going to be doing 30 minutes of weights.
