I'm not doing this for other people(except the ladies). I'm doing this to prove to myself that I can stay dedicated to something for once instead of giving up halfway through, and I want to live longer and feel healthier. Also I might be taking up football, so I need to be in shape for that.

My exercise plan so far is 45 minutes walking/jogging/running, then after my lungs get better and I get less fat, add sprinting up hills to that. Also, I'm going to be doing 30 minutes of weights.
