lay off the sausage! It's all the fatty parts of the meat... fake sausage (soy) is good though. Hot chocolate... on one hand, refined sugars= bad, on the ohter hand, calcium is good and chocolate actually increases seratonin production so just go easy on the stuff

Back in my first post I said look into things like low fat string cheese for snacking... or all the veggies you want... or some nuts that have lots of vitamins. The idea is keep your metabolism up and never get HUNGRY enough to go hunting for a vending machine.
