Drink lots of water before a meal, it will fill u up and you wont eat as much..

My exercise plan so far is 45 minutes walking/jogging/running, then after my lungs get better and I get less fat, add sprinting up hills to that. Also, I'm going to be doing 30 minutes of weights.
