Help my fatass lose weight
mi recom. a attitude of losing fat, instead of losing weight.
hit the gym with an emph. on building thigh muscles... It will mega boost your metabolism. eat lots of small meals throughout the day . a little fat a little protein and a little extra carbs, (mainly from fruit and vegtables)
try it for a month... you will feel good I promise.....
