That's a good idea.

Avoid the scale too. It will become a drug to you. Seriously. You'll be checking everyday and start getting frustrated. Diet good for 2 soilid weeks, then weigh yourself. You'll be happy with what you see and that will encourage you. Checking everydau hoping for results will frustrate and discourage you.

Another thing Friendowl said was don't eat after 7pm. That is a great way to losing extra weight. You eat a huge meal or snack an hour before bed, your body doesn't burn it off, and you end up taking all of it in.
