Seriously. You'll be checking everyday and start getting frustrated. Diet good for 2 soilid weeks, then weigh yourself. You'll be happy with what you see and that will encourage you. Checking everydau hoping for results will frustrate and discourage you.
Another thing Friendowl said was don't eat after 7pm. That is a great way to losing extra weight. My exercise plan so far is 45 minutes walking/jogging/running, then after my lungs get better and I get less fat, add sprinting up hills to that. Also, I'm going to be doing 30 minutes of weights.
