Eggs are high in cholesterol. Ham is fatty, and so is the cheese.

Keep that in mind. Those are things you should be avoiding.

Losing weight is like quitting smoking. Once you see that sweet ass desert in front of you, you can't cave. Avoid it using willpower.

So don't be discouraged if it takes you a few times.
