drink only water, do more endurance exercises if you soley want to lose wait and not build muscles, so jogging / walking / cycling maybe even running up and down big sets of stairs?
stay away from obvious junk food, drive less if you drive.

My exercise plan so far is 45 minutes walking/jogging/running, then after my lungs get better and I get less fat, add sprinting up hills to that. Also, I'm going to be doing 30 minutes of weights. What foods should I eat and what foods should I stay away from? Rating: 5
