 Help my fatass lose weightI'm tired of being the fatkid, and im finally going to do something about it. My exercise plan so far is 45 minutes walking/jogging/running, then after my lungs get better and I get less fat, add sprinting up hills to that. Also, I'm going to be doing 30 minutes of weights.
