iv heard holdin it for 6seconds is the best. but it all depends on wat kinda bowl i pack and how it hits me. sometimes i can hold it for the 6 seconds but other bowls jus fuck me and i gotta blow it out right away but really ur still gettin stoned either way. and coughing even helps ur highness(advice from Snoop Dogg)
