Omigod she snapped!
Dejavu...
Liberiamom...I take it you haven't read my thread...
In short...same exact thing happened there. But the plant was not topped. It was the MAIN stem that broke...but did not completely break off... Also used electrical tape to fix... The leaves looked so droopy within 15 minutes, and it took a while to rebuild itself, but it did eventually start growing again...
...then the plant turned hermie and pollinated the whole crop. Yay...
From what I've read, it should be ok, but I'd stay on a close lookout for chiquita bananas...
Go check my thread if you got some time. Good luck with your grow. Be more careful next time...I know you will.
