    greets, question

    Hello,

Nice site. I wonder when the rest of the world will figure out that cannabis enthusiasts are THE BEST horticulturalists anywhere!

I have two odd questions and I'm wondering if you could direct me to the right part of the forum.

Is it true that you can save electricity by growing plants with a strobe light instead of grow lights? I'm sure grow lights are better but I heard you can use a strobe set to something like 1/100 sec. and most plants will still grow as though they were getting full light, provided the strobe is as bright during the 1/100 sec as sunlight would be during the same time.

This one is a bit crazy but has anyone looked into growing cannabis for use as a cheap wood? Or has anyone noticed that specific things tend to produce a rather thick trunk?

Oh yeah, how do you like my name? The idea being that I want to always be learning something new.

HAHA, IDK about the strobe light question, you could check the grow forums(not sure which section). Or you could just use the search function.

We are indeed the best horticulturists(discluding myself).
