Does cranberry juice really clean you out?

I was wonderin if cranberry juice actually helps you pee clean? ALot of ppl tell me to drink that to help clean out my system....I've taken 2 hits after I tested clean and need to be clean on the 25th, I took the two hits on the 20th.....does drinking water days before help also? How about goldenseal?

exercise a lot if ur still worried

I take that back. It helps prevent urinary tract infections, not bladder infections.

what you would be using is the dilution method, drink two of those big cranberry juice things before you go to test and piss a couple times before as well...also take a bunch of vitamin b-12
