Sative and indica. What are the pros and cons?

Actually it's the opposite. Indicas are short bushy plants, Sativas are tall lanky plants. Indicas are considered native to colder parts of Asia that get less sun than their tropical brethren, Sativas. You'll find Sativas in Jamaica, Thailand, Mexico, Vietnam, etc. Indicas are in India, Morocco, etc...
