How to Build a PVC Hoophouse for your Garden - The Westside Gardener

I'm building at least one hoophouse this spring.

If it gets part shade, I would actually recommend AFTERNOON shade (hottest part of the day) to help control temps a bit.

I'm only using mine for veggies as it is virtually impossible to lock a greenhouse effectively!

Basicly I want to try to keep every thing out of my house this year so the old lady don't bitch about the mess. I'm thinking it's gonna be 6'L X 6'W X 6'H with a gable style roof.
