No, I haven't tried it. I've always has ADD, and it goes untreated. It's sometimes a problem because it takes me a long time to learn things as my mind is always wandering. My doctor told me to start doing Yoga as he says it relaxes your nuero-transmitters, calming them down, and over time, with proper practice with Yoga, my mind will just automatically calm down in the right situations and focus.

I'm considering taking it up as I'm going back to college in March and I need 100% focus.

It seems like it would be very relaxing though. I already do breathing daily to help keep me calm and it works okay, but I really need to do this.
