Lay off of it for a few days, or if you don't smoke often, possibly a few weeks.
unconscious Reviewed by unconscious on . Paranoia Lately I've been a real whitey when I smoke, I tremble and twitch constantly and my heart races. I always get really paranoid about my heart racing and I always feel like my heart is bleeding or something and I can't convince myself that it isn't. It's getting to be where I can hardly enjoy smoking anymore. Any attempts to chill out(Lay down, listen to music, etc) don't work. This ever happen to any of you? What should I do about it? Rating: 5
