Good thing for me this situation is impossible. Running out just doesn't happen, then again, I'm not high all the time either. Being sober is kick-ass! NOT that being high isn't, yet it's good to get a good share of both. Getting stoned for things like watching tv, a movie with friends, having a meal, listening to music, taking a walk, or simply just chillen are all great. However, I prefer to be sober when I'm skimming in Laguna Beach, or skating around town, school is a no-no, and I can't seem to read high either. Behing high 24/7 is no way to live, and why would want to contantly escape reality?
