okay guys, here are my findings.
i did indeed remove the boiling milk before i added it to the cannabis.
well i have to say that my high was enjoyable, but a mediocre one. for the first two hours, i kind of drifted in and out of a high. i would sit down to read the newspaper and feel waves of highness sort of move in and out of my body, especially when active. it was a little fustrating. for the next four or five hours I enjoyed a high very similar to smoking a bowl of mid-grade indica bud. it was a rather tiring, , heavy high but not in the same way as I had when i had eaten brownies. over all, it felt like the same high i had been enjoying for the past month, only much longer. i felt very burnt-out for an hour or two afterwards. i smoked the last of the bud that night and noticed very little difference in the high when i had made the tea.
i think that i may have been too impatient and not left the bud to steep long enough. i added a LOT of sugar and some cocoa and walked the dog as I sipped my tea. i felt the effects about 10 minutes later, but it disappeared and came back over and over for about two hours.
it smelled lovely, exactly like my bud but with richer notes. tasted like bud and sweet cream and cocoa.
i made about tow cups of tea and consumed it all in 20 minutes
