I used pretty much strait evaporated milk and cut it with just a little water to have enough liquid... I boiled the milk and did a total of 5 steeps... each steep I put into the cup and and then proceeded to the next steep... after all 5 I then added a generous spoon of sugar and heated it ,then I put 2 tea bags in the cup as if I were making tea...

I am starting to feel a nice body buzz and I am not done drinking,,,I'm about 10 minutes in...
