Hi guys! I am a Chef. although I am currently not in the industry I have been a certified Chef since 1999.
I miss it. I just interviewed on a big position, we'll see.

Your welcome to post here anytime.. whats the craic with chefs over in canada..
i worked with a girl from canada she moved over here. great cook. she said canada is very busy and alot more laid back.. i want to work in B.C for a while.. and its nothing to do with the buds..LOL
Keep at it spaceboy what will you be going on to teach.. nvq or a degree.. i really look up to some of my old teachers. my fav was Mad mick. hes about 50 has a full time job teaching nvql2 and at nite hes head chef running a high rise golf club. thats where i started off .. felt great working for him.. got paid shit cash.. but i was young.. well two years young... hahahahah

thats the way it is shit money at first but it builds up. ment to be starting in a place as second chef but another place are interested in me so i got to call to them tonight. second place is closer to me so i might take that one. only thing is i feel bad about letting the first place down but its 10 miles away. other place is like 1.5 miles.

well ya go where the money is.. the first one would cost ya and extra 17 miles of petrol.. adds up everyday... is it restaraunts or hotels..
