lol im athletic and i love it...as a sophomore i can run a mile under 6 min, run my 40 meter dash in 4.7 and my lifts are impressive too.....i dont liek to brag thou...

Nah, brag on dude, it's commendable...I wish I was fit

I used to be super-fit, when I was practicing martial arts - I used to have a six-pack...now I only got a 4-pack
...used to do these excersises called 'burpees' (run on the spot, then down into squat-thrust, then jump up into 'knees-into-chest', then carry on running on the spot, until the master said 'arrghhech' (or summat) - then we'd have to do it again...
Push-ups on finger tips (like, the bit where your nails are, not the finger-print bit)...
...geez, it hurts just remembering those work outs lol
But, if I'm honest, I do miss it
I was the club champion
..and even gave the master pause for thought 

Ahh, the good old days of youth and fitness lmaoo

yeah well as a sophomore im on varsity football at one of the bigger schools in houston, and i bench about 275 squat 360 incline 240 and powerclean 230...if anyone even knows what any of those lifts are except for bench press id be suprised
