There is only 1 kind of paper used for rolling, and that's rolling papers. $1 at any corner store for 100 papers, ask for Zig Zags. Yes, you have to 18 here in Canada to buy papers. Yes, little pieces of paper with a strip of glue on it.

i know how to make the apple and the can pipe, but i do have a question. what is the carb for, and why would you even put it on there if your supposed to hold it down while puffing?

the carb is to allow airflow. think of when you have an empty glass soda bottle, and keep sucking on it, it creates a vaccum. same thing with smoke but to a lesser degree. when you're almost done with your hit, you let go of the carb, which lets air in and all the smoke remaining shoots into ur lungs.
