water issue
am just about to start growing for first time and want to know what kind of water to use as people have told me i can use tap water and ive also been told not to so thought this would be the best place to find out and if you can not use tap water can anyone tell me where to get it from (in england)hope you can help thanks

use any kind of water... it donst mather at all, unless you use black water or other water that can contain bugs, larvas, and other source of infestations.
I recomend you to use normal clean water, the same u use to drink, that way you will be sure you wont get her sick....If i made any noise in your head, then i am acomplishing my mission

ello stoner,i stay in scotland and i use tap water with no ill effects,but you know what they say,"you dont get purer tap water than in scotland",my tap water comes from loch katrine and is 1 of the purest sources in the world,do the tap thing,fuck spending your hard earned cash on bottled water m8

well i absolutely agree with wardrobe dont use bottled water.... i get the water from the fridge filter, or you can boil the water, it donst mather...

Tap water can be fine aside from the fact of Chlorine and other such chemicals in the water, you can have Calcium in the water which will freeze the uptake of Magnesium and maybe some other vital nutes. You can eliminate the chlorine problem by just letting your water stand with no lid overnight (it will evaporate) or boil it, BUT it does not remove impurities in the water like calcium , which the plant does like, but it's easy to overdose it... so you need a filter for that, because I don't think it boils out... Other then that you need to find out what's in YOUR local water, and it's pH because a high pH means dead plants, kiddo.
