Back when I was 17, I spent a Saturday doing some 4wheeling. When I went home, my dad gave me a message, told me that my friend "Casey" called me and wanted me to call him back ASAP.

Well I called him back and he told me to come over to his house. I drove over and him and some friends were playing paintball. Well while they were playing paintball, they stumbled across 8 illegal aliens (immigrants). We are about 40 miles from the border. Well, I knew a few guys who had transported before and netted 1000.00 per person for a 4.5 hr trip. Well this is 8!

I don't know spanish well, so I got my friend to talk to them. We contemplated it, and decided to do it. 800/apiece for a 4.5 hour drive (i won't say where for obvious reasons) is what we agreed on.

The next day (sunday) we took them on the trip, they made some calls, and we received our money via Western Union and was back home by midnight Sunday. We were going to meet up the next day and split the take. I got 40% (we used my vehicle) and the other two split the 60%.

Somehow, someone found out and Monday morning I had an appointment at the Border Patrol station. I was 3 weeks from 18 so they ended up giving me a slap on the wrist and told me never to do it again. Otherwise I woulda been looking at some definate time. I knew a guy who was 18 and got popped for 6 months.

My dad was 9 kinds of pissed off. :jointsmile:

That is a funny story, you were a teenaged Coyote'. I did time in prison with some real big time Coyote' peoples, they were nothing nice. They would kill their frieght if they gave them troubles. It is no life to get mixed up in, that is for sure.

Unemployment Security Fraud. No big deal, but I got to hang out in the jail for about a half hour.
