I recently purchased a hydrohut 600 watt digi ballast eye hortilux and ebb and flow 4x4 flood table with (25) 8x8x10 inch pots....100 liters of hydroten and Rock Wool cubes and good seeds...i have it all set up and running but I'm wondering when i do the next setup what would be as easy and much better than the ebb and flow system...any opinions out there...???...

Question...what is best and easiest hydro method...???

I would use the one you have first. Learn how it works. Then I would get the second unit. That way you know how it works and what you want to do to improve it.The ebb is one the best, I use 5 1/2" net pots. clones in rock wool cubes in the net pots filled with hydroten.5 1/2" pots in the tray filled with hydroten. This way when its time to flower I pull the net pots out carefully and put them in the flowering tray and fill with hydrotens. This works for me.But you will find what works for you.Well that's my two cents.PEACE

Question...what is best and easiest hydro method...???

Well the best growing system that grows the largest plants is not the easiest way to grow. Easy is that way for a reason, but if you have not tried or looked at it then Pick up an Ebb & Grow system. (its easy of sorts and can grow big) They have anywhere from 1 gallon to 5 gallon buckets for the plants and a double pump system to do the fill & drain. They also have a 55 gallon res to hold the nutrients and do the fill & drain.

It's a good cross unit but you need to have room to grow big with them. Controling the temperature is a must for a good quality grow.

You need more lights then what you have to grow big and quality with a system like this one. Discount Hydroponics - Hydroponic Systems

You can grow anywhere from 12 to 24 with a system like this one in place.

If you have the room and area then try to ad some CO² to your grow and watch how big your plants can get.

    Good luck

Question...what is best and easiest hydro method...???

hold on dont jump the gun, i find that drip systems work pretty good, and u dont have to worry about overflooding. but still that ebb and flow set up is good, when it drains every times it pulls down fresh oxygen to the roots! Areoponics maybe but that can be a bitch with nutes. ur better off how u are, maybe make a drip system for ur veg room, and a ebb flow table for your flower, iv seen it work wonders.

Question...what is best and easiest hydro method...???

I agree with crazywill, learn what you have now and then decide if you even want to try something else. I did three grows with my leach tray set up and now that I have a little growing experience i built my new sytem to fit my needs plus a little experimentation. And read as many threads on here as possible and you will be well on your way to obtining a knowledge of all the different set ups. If you want to see the system I built check out my thread - http://boards.cannabis.com/hydroponi...ew-system.html
