while i agree that people who use others are wrong, listen to this scenario. two people ,a guy and a girl, are at a party, getting drunk, having a good time. they hook up and mutually consent to have sex. next morning the girl wakes up and decides that it wasnt such a good idea and decides to press charges. she claims "i was drunk i couldnt make decisions" and he gets sent off for sexual assault and has a spot on his record forever. how is this fair? this kind of thing happens all the time. why are men held accountable for their actions and women can just say "i was drunk" and get out of the equation. any laws that support this double standard are biased and wrong

and bg, a lot of people look back on things they did when drunk and wish they didnt do them, but they shouldnt be able to file charges for it.
and there is a difference between raping a passed out girl and engaging in consentual sex with a wiling partner. you dont automatically pass out when you drink a little and lose all decision making ability.
