    Smoking affecting mood?

I've been smoking for the past 3 years on a 2-4 times a week basis. On school days I usually don't feel the effects about not having weed around but I might smoke with some of my friends. On the weekends though, it's a whole different story. When I can't get weed and I am by myself I become extremely irritable and depressed. I feel like life isnt fun if im not high and I will do anything I can to get high as soon as possible. I know marijuana can sometimes cause a psychological addiction but there must be something I can do to get my mind off grass and enjoy other parts of life.

    Smoking affecting mood?

Yeah, when I run out of weed it just fucks with everything in my system. But its probably worse for me, as I smoke at least 5 bowls each day.

I recently took a week long trip to my uncleā??s house. Visiting extended family is about the ONLY time I donā??t ever smoke.

At first there were some nice side effects. I was in Arizona during the summer, so my uncle gets up crazy early (like 5am) to take the dogs for a walk. I hardly ever get up before 12, but I had ZERO problems waking up right at 5 with plenty of energy to go walk the dogs, even after going to bed at like 1am. But as the week went on things werenā??t so great. I spend tons of time fixing computer problems for them while Iā??m over there, and itā??s really easy to get frustrated when stubborn problems pop up.

When I donā??t smoke weed, it feels like I drank a gallon of coffee. Itā??s like my mind is so used to being sedated that when I donā??t smoke my thoughts race around like crazy. I hardly have any patience with anything, and I have zero tolerance for boredom.

My advice would be to try something different, get drunk for a night instead or something. If that doesnā??t work just make sure that whatever youā??re doing is something that allows for as little idle thought as possible. Beyond that, Iā??d suggest doing some exercise or something like cleaning your room that requires physical effort. Without weed, if Iā??m not totally tired from doing other stuff when I go to sleep, Iā??ll just sit there for hours.

    Smoking affecting mood?

I can't say I ever have had it bother me... Though I am NEVER out, I choose only to smoke every once in awhile. So more or less not smoking doesn;t bother me at all.(maybe you are smoking for the wrong reasons)
