Use a 2 bulb shop light or some cfl's. They are cool and you will get better sprouts than with than inferno your blasting at them.That 1000 watter can do some serious damage to those newborns.Like as soon as they wake,their baked!I could get some ventilation in that room.Your gonna play hell keeping that space cool. Save ya $$$$ and get a smaller light to get them started with.

How high should the light be from the plants ideally, as there is a huge amount of heat being created but i have an 18inch Honeywell "Super Power" Commercial grade fan running 24/7 hoping to compensate a bit. When should i expect to see them come through the soil, extremely worried the light might actually be killing them. Rating: 5
