I get chatty... but only if someone asks me a question. For some reason I end up feeling the need to explain above and beyond the call. Especially, when it comes to a fitness question.

I always say to myself before I smoke, "Don't fucking annoying people this time...just stay chill." That never seems to work lol. As soon as I start feeling it I am either telling people how high I am or fucking singing or saying really stupid annoying stuff. Is there anything I can do to prevent myself from talking so much?
