It would be much simpler, and yes i believe you are alowed to swap e-mails as long as you dont do what trooper done... :S

(in other words you cant hint at dealing but you can say: hey! i think your cool and i want to talk to you in a more private way about a lot of legal stuff like football and dirnking alcohol so here is my e-mail: (insert e-mail here) so there... hope that answers your question)
