lowryder seed prices...WTF?

What is the deal with lowryder seed prices?

I do not grow weed anymore but have a friend in another state that wants to start growing. He is dead set on lowryder.

Why I still have not figured out. I guess it is for the fast flowering. I mean the yield is not much and the stone is not the best but whatever he wants I suppose.

So I was looking at seedbay and other sites for prices. I am floored about what people are asking for this low yielder. I mean you can get some good strains with good highs and desent yields at better prices.

I was wanting to order him about 50 seeds as a gift but at these prices there is no way.

Does anyone know where I can get it for a reasonable price?

is soulseeds.co.uk a trusted site? are they considered a reliable seed bank? if so im gonna jump right on that site and order today lol. any info on that site would be appreciated!:rasta:

I have no idea if it is a reliable seedbank or not.

What I did with my friend is sent him a pre paid visa card. I included a link for soulseeds.co.uk and dutchbreed.com.

It is up to him what bank he uses. I advised him not to get regular lowryder but to get a cross of another strain. Both these banks have good cross breeds of lowryder. It is still auto flowering but with more bang for his buck.

Are they reliable? I don't know? Personally if I was growing now I think I would go to Canada to get seeds. They have stores that sell them up there.

Perhaps others can answer your question about seed bank reliability and ordering on the internet.

do most people make their own seeds with lowryders? I was thinking of breeding hundreds of seeds and planting them in the UK summertime, surely some good results possible.

You really should check out the forum! Highbred.net The source of all lowryder info.
The seed prices may or may not be high, but both lowryder strains, and the MDanzig strains all breed true. Buy 10 seeds, grow them, and then "knock-up" one of your females... you now have 100-1000 seeds for almost nothing! And it's not like it's a huge time investment, they go from seed to harvest in 60-80 days, depending on if your growing for seeds or smoke. (seed crops take alittle more time to mature to get the most viable seeds)
