Help for a supernoob

Yeah, so I'm pretty new with all this. I've only smoked like 4 or 5 times and I don't really know a lot.

Now I know how to pack bowls and smoke bongs and make my own and whatever, but there's just one thing I don't know how to do.

How do you get from buds like that to the weed you actually smoke? What do you pick out and what do you do to it?

I've always had that done for me before...

you do smoke buds like that. but you just pull em apart if your smoking a bowl or bong but if you want to roll a joint or blunt then you grind it up or just grind it in your fingers. and dont tell me your buying shake (already grinded weed). cuz dealers put cooking herbs into shake.

Well, here goes my first post.

I'm not a big expert on any of this, but ever since I started smoking I've been the one handling the weed, making the joints, or prepping the bong.

What I do is I start pulling off smaller pieces. Just start picking at it and pulling the leaves out of the stems as best possible.

I've heard that you can make oil or butter out of the stems but I'm not gonna bother, so I just throw them out along with the seeds. Don't forget those cause I hear they give ya a pretty bad headache, haven't experienced it myself, and they're pretty big so you can't miss them.

If I had any here I'd give you a little step by step pic guide, but I'm all out.

Haha...you smoke the hole bud! You can take the stem off, and the seeds out (not all bud has seeds), but thats what you smoke, dude.

either way, break up the bud with your fingers until its like close to being a powder (if its really sticky bud then just get it in as small of pieces as possible)

jesus christ, dont make it complicated. you have a bud right? well you cant smoke it just like that, so you break it up so it will fit in the pipe, if u come along seeds or stems take them out.

just buy some and figure it out yourself its much easier than it seems

pull it off the stem, and if there is seeds, take them out
