It discusses how Canada's law on cannabis came to be starting at 1908. There are some VERY shocking things to read in this article, as i was fuming when i read them. One of them includes a quote from a judicial officer who wrote a series of articles for Mclean's magazine under the name "Janey Canuck" shows off her unbiased views on marijuana. Quote: "The addict loses all sense of moral responsibility. Rating: 5
