My friend , 'Tom', and I were at this party. Some guy comes up to us and asks if we wanted a joint. Naturally, we said no. But after a couple of beers - he had some, I didn't; I'm still underage - he started to insist. I still said no. But he went to that guy, and asked for the joint. I tried to stop him, but both the beers had made him violent. There wasn't a thing I coud do. I tried to talk to other people about him, I tried to help him, but the others were laughing at me because I didn't smoke 'pot'. I went to the bathroom, locked myself up in there and called the police. But because of the noise of high and drunken people banging on the bathroom door, they couldn't hear the adress. I then got mad, I stormed down, threw the joint away and dragged my friend outside to clear him up, altough I was getting a bit dizy at that time. Once we were ouside, I started yelling at him about how bad drugs are. He was just standing there, smiling stupidly. The fact he wouldn't listen to me, but rather watch street lanterns, enraged me. I started yelling even harder. When he was walking away from me, I tried to grab him and turn him around. That's when he got violent. He was trying to hit me, so naturally, I defend myself. I push him away from me and he staggers into the streets. Right at that moment, a car came driving by. It hit my friend. I can still see him rolling over the hood and roof of the car. When the ambulance came, I stil was in shock. At the hospital, they were working on him for nearly two hours. When finally a doctor came out, I had a grim feeling about it. He told me, I can still hear thee words, exactly these words: "I'm sorry, Tom hasn't survived. Due to a broken rib, a lung was pierced. We did all we could." I sank to the ground and vowed to convince people not to use drugs. Once I found a box of pills in my mother's cabinet. I did the right thing and flushed them down the toilet.

OK I HAVENT TRIED ANY DRUGS BUT MY BROTHER HAS. HES BEEN CAUGHT WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES. HES BEEN CAUGHT WITH WEED. BUT THAT MAY BE ALL THAT HE HAS DONE. OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH THROUGH THE PAST YEARS AND THIS IS JUST ONE MORE THING HURTING ALL OF US. HES BEEN KICKED OUT OF THE HOUSE. HES BEEN OUT FOR DAYS WITHOUT US NOING WHERE HE IS. BUT NOW WEVE PULLED TOGETHER AS A FAMILY AND DETERMINED OURSELEVES TO HELPING HIM. HES NOW BEEN CLEAN FOR A COUPLE WEEKS. BUT ITZ NOT EASY THERES A LOT OF STEPS TO DO THIS AND PATIANCE. BUT IT CAN HELP AND IF U HAVENT TRIED DRUGS THEN DONT START CUZ IT CAN RUIN NOT ONLY UR LIFE BUT IT ALSO EFECTS THE PEOPLE U LOVE

be carefull.any drug,even weed,can be harmful.i myself have been an addict to weed for almost 3 years now.i have been arrested on several occasions and have a police record a mile long.im barely passing any of my classes but i dont think i have a chance a graduating.i cant get a job because employers dont want a junkie working for them.please you guys stay away.you may think "its just one hit, i wont become an addict,not me."well guess who else said that?thats right,me.i thought i would be ok because some of my friends had been doing weed,heroin and xtc for years and they were fine.now most are dead and the rest are serving 20+ year terms in jail,at 16-17 years old.i can not stress this enough.take it from someone who has thrown their life away,STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS.especially weed. thank you

especially weed? hes a fuckin moron... the pills that doctors give you(even fucking light medication such as vicodin) is more dangerous and addictive then pot...

The First time i've tried Weed ... i thought it would be fun .. but then people have warned me that its gonna feel wierd. So i tried it .. and at first it was fine .. but then i felt paranoid .. i had thoughts of killing myself. I had thoughts of my family and what i was doing that was so wrong. And i felt that i was gonna die because my heart rate was pumping so fast, i thought i waz gonna pass out. Two days later i still felt a bit high from the weed, and i did very poorly in Math and all my other subjects, I've tried it 2 more times, it didn't help me one bit, it wasn't fun, i was paranoid the whole time, i couldn't control my feelings and my body. My friends are doing it, and i mean, it does mess you up, i'm failing because of my laziness, and not making the right choices. I don't think i'm ever gonna touch Marijuana ever again. And i've been clean for 6 months already, Soo i'ma keep it up.

damn... high for 3 days later? sounds more like a bit of meth... but if there is some weed that keeps you stoned for 3 days even 1 day off of just a little bit... ill pay 100 bucks a gram(i want a tester befor i give you the monney though)

I had a friend once, he decided one day that he wanted to try pot. Now as soon as he smoked the pot, it put him in a weird state of mind. He started thinking that he could do things that he really couldn't. He started thinking he was invincible, or something, and got his friend (who was also high on pot) to pull out a gun and shoot him in the stomach, thinking that the bullet would bounce off of him. The bullet did not bounce off of him, it killed him. He's dead now.
