I just found out you can't give rep twice to the same person until you (as the site puts it) spread some around ??

I don't know when that resets either... I can't give a lot of peeps reps,,,I guess it is in place to cut abuse...

Funny thing is I haven't given any negative rep and I doubt I ever will.
Anything that would offend me to that degree would be removed by the mods in an instant I think, I am pretty unshockable.

ive got 1 refferal but 3 m8s that joined but 2 of em joined wivout telling me so i couldnt tell them to put my name in the lil box
