i'd like to see those of you who claim you'd beat their ass, actually do it.... when i was younger (i've wanted a kid since like 12, i've always been very mature for my age, until i hit about 19, then i went to very immature
) i used to think of all the things my child could do to make me beat his ass... now i have a child.... i can't lay a hand on him...
whoopin' ass may have been the 'best' punishment back in the day... but if you develope a very strong parental figure vision in your child very early, a simple, well grounded NO works wonders... lol but i was the only one raising him for the first few months, he won't really listen to no when anyone else tells him, my wife can be going there saying no no no over and over... then all i have to do is say NO (not yelling, but very firm) and he'll stop immedieatly.
