I smoke joints and Vape, I weight lift as well as run(to lean out), You will notice a little difference. (unless you smoke a joint a day in which it will affect you pretty significantly, basically vaping alone is the best way if you are into fitness and health.) I vape when im alone or with one other person maybe, but as a group smoke i usually hit a pipe or a joint.
