iite so dis year i'm runnin track.. yea i'm fast and everything but i wanna smoke 2... and i really aint into the vaporizer thing cuz i actually like the whole blowin smoke and shit so... who runs track and still smokes weed or any sport that involes running. and how often do u smoke weed during the season. thanks for any help

I smoke joints and Vape, I weight lift as well as run(to lean out), You will notice a little difference. (unless you smoke a joint a day in which it will affect you pretty significantly, basically vaping alone is the best way if you are into fitness and health.) I vape when im alone or with one other person maybe, but as a group smoke i usually hit a pipe or a joint.

i've ran my best times smoking a bowl or 2 right before my event starts. i felt like i could run forever when i was high.
