Is it possible to buy seeds in Canada?

Well i want to buy some blueberry seeds to take back home with me when I leave Canada as it is impossible to get good seeds where i live and i was wondering if Canada sells seeds and or would seeds make it thru the mail if i order them? Also is it safe to take seeds on airplanes?
