my plant has overgrown my room, will it stop ? 2 weeks into flowering

Well, I wouldn't necessarily call 2 weeks "late into flowering", but you definitely have a couple more weeks of stretching to go. Sorry You can try pulling them over gradually, but I would be very careful not to break them.

Below I posted pictures of one of the plants we broke and taped back together. You can see how it repaired itself...

Then it went hermie and pollinated the whole crop. Becareful.

Maybe this strain was just sensitive to that, but I'd becareful anyway. Pulling them back will help you with your height and possibly shine some light on the rest of the undergrowth for a better yeild.

Brooke, isn't that "mashing" of the stem (supercropping) similar to snapping it? Wouldn't it produce the same type of stress when done during flowering??

Good luck, noty. Break a leg...

im not gonna break it, sounds too risky.

i'll just gradually pull them over.

I know two weeks isnt late into flowering, but i meant is it too late to start LSTing.. just like its late to cut a clone.

thanks for your suggestions.. it hasnt seemed to get much taller in the last day or so, so hopefully i can do nothing. Buds are looking nice... bud sites all over the place

My last batch I list'd three weeks in. I did have a problem in that I was not prepared for the jump in growth they went through once light hit everyone equally. Had to do a very quick increase in nutes to keep what I think was an iron def or something on the run....then they did great....doubled my yield. This batch I just started bending yesterday and upped the nutes in hopeful anticipation. I was hoping to wait until they had shown sex and then only do the females but they are just getting too bushy. Here is a tip I found to be true in bending which is probably a duhhh to everyone else. If you tie one side down it seems to bend quite far without a problem which made me think the other side would bend equally far. NOT true! It pays to be gentle.

hey man i'm kinda in the same situation
i put a nice big plant into flowering and it's just exploded. it's about 2ft tall from top of pot now. Not as big as yours. I just a problem cus it's bigger than all my other flowering plants; so they all get shitty light intensity now.

Anyways. Lst away. stress isn't always bad, little amounts of stress make your plant grow faster and LSTin really thickens up the steams.

The pinching tech. brook talked about is good. I've never used it,but only because i fear hurting the girls (same as you)
but i've seen pro growers in videos pinching and snapping the steams of their top colas when they get to close to the light.
it's acutely a good think. A horizontal cola gets way more light than a vertical one, so it'll boost the yield of that cola.

good deal.. i have a 400W HPS right above it.

I had a couple small other plants but they were male. So surely a single 400W HPS is enough for 1 big ass plant. Its about 4.5 feet from base to top if stretched out. It also got topped twice so it has 4 main colas.

This is my first grow, we'll see what i get.

I know this is an annoying question, but seeing what you see anyone got a guess on Yield? its white widow from the internet, grown aeroponically.

I just want some sort of ballpark.. i have no remote idea what to expect!

yeah its come a long way from a dying sprout! thanks everyone for your help and patience. I'm sure as it gets closer to harvest time i'll have a lot more questions.

my 2 pennies on super cropping.

i pinch the stems until i "feel" it crack, and the branch goes limp at that spot. no true injury, no weeping, no shock. they seem to recover within a day... pinch too hard, and.... well, i'm sure you know.
