well i now have it to start loading up but it will not finish it seems

may be all in my pc,and nothing to do here
im out of practice,it seems ya step back from the net and you lose what you knew how to do.least for me ,

It's good to see ya back ! I was wondering,do you have SpyBot Search & Destroy,Ad-Aware SE,Spyware Blaster etc ? Also,if you're using windows XP,do you have the firewall enabled ? Do you have ZoneAlarm ? Do you have all the latest windows patches ,including the XP Service pack 2 ?
