Same thing happens to me, but i'm bi-polar and I guess it is supossed to go in conjunction with mania. Except it's not always that random and I notice it all the time, really fucking annoying sometimes.

Well i was chillin in my room and i was pretty baked and all of the sudden i would realize that my mind would be rambling on about shit.
