Parents who never sleep

Like many teenagers whose parents disapprove of pot smoking, my only opportunity to smoke is while my parents are on vacation, or while asleep.

So when I am having a bad day and I decide, at some point during the day, that I want to toke up at night and relax to some downloaded tv shows and pretzels, I expect to be able to.

Unfortunately, I am cursed with the parents that never sleep. My mother is a normal human being who gets tired around 10PM, but my dad's TV addiction has led me to curse the Major League Playoffs, season premieres of 24, and the Golden Globe awards. I try to convince him that these shows are stupid, or that he can tape them and watch them the next morning, or that staying up too late is bad for you (even though they know I always stay up too late), but it never works.

Does anyone else have a problem like this?

however, I got tired of this shit and decided I would toke when my mom is asleep, and well, as for my dad, I don't care lol.

the bad thing is that my room is just beside the bathroom, so I gotta watch that. However, he doesnt come up often in my room, and if he does, I lock the door and say I'm changing clothes.
He can't smell that much so that's a good point for me. I never get caught by him, I just toke up fast and spray alot and five minutes later it's all gone. Then I enjoy my high .

nope, even before i told my grandma i smoked, she couldn't smell and my grandpa wouldn't know the smell... and i had my own room and they respected my privacy... i use to always toke up in my room...

When ever I wanna toke I just tell my dad I'm going to 7-11. I smoke a bowl on the way there and get something to eat while I'm there then walk home and by then any smell is gone. It just depends on how late your allowed out.

we had a long talk about the negative/positive things, i told her how it helped me with my depression, my insomnia, and my back pain.. she told me her only real problem with it is it's illegal... me and my grandma have always had a very close relationship, and she has always granted me immunity from things if i told/asked her about them... i mean not like i could go up to her and just tell her i did whatever and all of the sudden it's ok to do.. she may still say she doesn't want me doing said thing, but i wouldn't get punished or yelled at if i was ready to have an adult-ish conversation about it and over go all the facts relating to said thing.

she even considered letting me grow, for a few reasons, money, danger of bieng caught buying ect.. but in the end she decided it wasn't a good idea because if i was caught not only could i be locked up, but both her and my grandpa could as well... i repsected that decision till after i was 18... at 18 i attempted a very small grow in my attic (didn't go well, and they found it but she didn't like freak out on me or anything) but i was ready to tell the cops (if i was caught, which at the time would've been damn near impossible) they knew nothing about it, and i'll plead guilty to all counts as long as they granted my grandparents immunity... once you become 18, and you get caught doing something illegal, police tend to not really hold your parents responsible.. unless they admit or are some way caught to being involved in said act... which is why i waited til i was 18, before 18, your parents are still responsible for what you do.

I ussually do that, but when it's like 3 am and my dad is awake doing a "project" I try to just quitley blaze in my room. I am not that worried that I will get caught since my dad has caught me while I have been doing this before and not done anything. I don't even have a lock or door handle so I can't really even close my door without a towel so it makes in un-suspicious. Just smoke int he bathroom WHILE taking a shit, your parents won't smell the weed and won't see the smoke if you blow into a towel.

im lucky enough to have a bathroom connected to my room so smoking in here has never been a problem for me especially since they are fucking oblivious about some shit like when i convinced them to buy me a scale for a "chemistry project" and got them to buy me inscense and candles n shit and i have mushrooms litering my room, then again i have been caught more than half a dozen times and had 4 pipes found in my room.. haha whatever man its all good.:jointsmile:

You could try taking a "Rastafarian Shower"...

Turn on your shower, smoke out of a bong or a pipe, and take a shower. That should get rid of the smell. I used to smoke like this all the time.

oh i should add, it didn't go well cuz the plants were all like stunted or something lol... i think i had them for a month and they were still only as big as like a week old plant, had four leaves and nothing more...

i take that back i just got caught in my room for the first time in 3 years, haha im fuckin pissed i was being so careless about it, i thought my mom went to bed already, apparently it fuckin reaked i guess i expected that i rolled a fuckin sick joint and i couldn't let it go haha:jointsmile:
