The bubbling action will provide water as the bubble rase and pop. You can put them at the bottom of the net pot then use grow rocks to fill in the holes. You don't want light to get to your roots period.

This is all assuming you have a viable seedling at least.

I'm setting up my ebb and flow table and need to know how deep to flood ...i have 3x3 rock wool cubes that i will be putting in 7x7x10 inch planters with grow rocks...how far from the wet rocks inside the planters do the rock wool cubes need to be ......the bottoms of the 3x3 cubes have roots just starting to peek through?:D :confused: Rating: 5
