At this point, a lot of light is hitting the floor, as your pots are spaced too widely.
You would do well to clump them all up together and lower your lights so the lumens per sqft are maximized in the growing area.
Then later, as your babies get bushy (as I know they will! You seem to take great care of your plants!), you can spread them out a bit, raise the lights, etc.
If you want to get really neurotic about saving lumens, you could try sprinkling a layer app. 1 cm thick of perlite on the surface of the soil. It will relfect light that would otherwise be absorbed by the dark soil, and wOOt! prevent stupid thrips and shit thinking it's a great place to lay eggs.

Thanx for the advice stinky. the reason the lights are so high is because they are just rooted clones comeing from flourecents. once i see growth i will lower my lights for shure. last grow i got my lights as close as a foot above my plants!
