Fighting for doughter, but smoke herb

i have a question that i need some information on ..hopefully someone can help in some way.. i recently had a little girl with my ex girlfriend and she is not doing anything to make this already stressfull situation any better. i decided to take her to court because she would not let me see my little girl, i smoke herb and she doesnt. she is totally against it for some reason. court date is coming up soon and she knows i smoke, i was wondering if she told the court or judge that i smoke pot would that have an affect on the time i get to see my little one? yes i smoke herb, but i have a good job that pays well and have been at for a couple of years so its steady, i go to school in the mornings, and have my shit together..would just smoking pot cause me to loose time with my little girl..any advice would be awsome..thanx

Cali has pretty lenient laws, so unless the judge is like your ex, then you probably won't have that much trouble if she brings it up.

Look at it this way. You're a responsible adult with a steady job while educating yourself at that, who wants to be a father to their child, and that is why you are going to court. Things should go well I hope, a child shouldn't be without a father, and a state that has lenient laws shouldn't be up the ass of someone who just wants visitation rights. kudos to you for wanting to be there for your kid man, fuck the bitch

not only that but don't mention the fact that you don't want her to bring up pot in court cause then she will as arsenel. That would be a pretty low blow anyways.

What i would say is to stop blazing a month before your court date. Or asap if your date is less thain a month away. And if she brings it up then just deny it. They cant prove anything and the only thing that they might be able to do is test you. If she brings it up then say that shes lieing and is saying that to make you look bad.

im a single dad with 2 kids i went to court to fight and my ex told the court tat im a stoner the judge told her cos i smoke bud it does make me a bad farther,so keep your head up mate and you fight good luck mate i mean it :thumbsup:

I'd suggest that either you quit, or get a medical recommendation. (There are very few people who don't have some legit medical problem in their lives.) Either way, it's going to be tough for you. Judges tend to favor mothers and pot heads are discriminated against. - Granny:hippy:
